PIPA aire: Original PIPA base with rigid lower anchors and load leg; no anti-rebound panel. PIPA RX and aire RX: RELX base with adjustable rigid anchors, load leg, anti-rebound panel, and approved recline settings. All three carriers also allow approved baseless seat belt installation.
The PIPA urbn has rigid lower anchor connectors built into the carrier, so no separate base is needed. It cannot be used with a PIPA or RELX base. It can also be installed with a vehicle seat belt following its manual. The newer urbn model shown in Gina's video supports 4–30 lb and up to 29 inches.
