When you book your appointment through our website, you'll specify what you're shopping for:

This selection helps us tailor your consultation—and it also determines how your appointment deposit is used.

Appointment Deposit & Policy

When you book your appointment, we charge a small deposit which will reserve your spot for the selected time slot.

• Your deposit can be used toward your stroller and car seat purchase when you're ready to buy, and is valid for up to 6 months from the date of your appointment.
• If you’re registering instead of purchasing right away, your deposit will be refunded once the items are purchased through our store—either in-store, online, or via your registry.
• If you book a Stroller & Car Seat Consultation but only end up purchasing just one item (either the stroller or the car seat), your deposit will be partially applied toward your purchase or partially refunded, depending on what’s been purchased.

If registering these items, it's important to link these items to our store for purchase so your deposit is available for your use. We can provide instructions on how to link our store to sites like BabyList. Your family and friends will be thrilled to support you on this exciting new journey! After your consultation, we’ll send you a personalized follow-up email that includes:

Once you've made your selections, you can move forward with your purchase in any of the following ways:

1. Online Invoice - We can email you a custom invoice for your selected items. Your appointment deposit will be applied to this total. You can pay securely online, and we offer free shipping or in-store pickup.
2. Quote - Prefer a more flexible option? We can create a quote in our system with your selected gear. This allows friends and family to call in and make payments toward your purchase — or pay for items in full.
3. Create a Registry With Us - You can build a registry directly on our site and easily add all the items you loved. Then share your registry with friends and family for easy gift purchasing.
4. Link to Universal Registries - Using a universal registry like Babylist or MyRegistry? We can help you correctly link products from our store so your gear is purchased through us. Just let us know — we’re happy to assist.

What if we’re registering instead of buying today?

That’s perfectly okay! Many parents use our consultations to help plan their baby registry. Just be sure to:

Once the gear you chose during your appointment is purchased through our store, your deposit will be refunded—no matter who completes the purchase.

Can Family Join Us During our Appointment?

We know this is an exciting time, and family members are often eager to be part of the journey! Space in our showroom is limited, so we kindly ask that you bring no more than one or two guests (such as grandparents, an aunt, or an uncle) to join your appointment. Please note that our appointments are reserved for one expecting couple at a time—two couples cannot be booked together under a single appointment. This helps us give you the personalized attention and support you deserve while making sure everyone is comfortable.

Our friends are also expecting! Can we book one appointment for both couples?

No, each appointment is limited to one couple. This ensures a personalized one-on-one experience to make sure all your questions are answered. Each families needs are different so this keeps things focused on your needs!

What if we purchase only some of the gear we chose from you?

If you booked a Stroller & Car Seat Consultation but only end up purchasing just the stroller or just the car seat through our store ( i.e. someone bought the other item through another retailer), your deposit will be partially applied to your purchase or partially refunded based on what was purchased through our store.

To take full advantage of your consultation deposit, we encourage you to link the items to our store via you registry and encourage friends & family to purchase them through our store versus another retailer.
